I build the tools, not just the brief

La Bendessa is a family's organic farm-stay in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It needed working e-commerce and a way to run sales, stock and orders, built and maintained by one person, without an agency budget.

I like to ship the tools I work with so when La Bendessa asked suggestions on how to increase their sales opportunities, I sat on my laptop and built their first Shopify Store from scratch at www.labendessa.it.

Their sales channels include physical points of sales as well, so there was a need from the beginning to track sales across the board, build a order history that could help define most sold products and consumers' preferences, as well as track the inventory and update it regardless of where each sale was coming from. Loving a good challenge, I built on Lovable what SAP made millions from: a full tracking tool, integrated with the Shopify store, with double-side flow of information. Without the thousand euros needed to integrate a professional management software and the agency to run it, my tool made the sales tracking intuitive, easy to use even for non-experts, and fully delivering against the brief and need.

In the first two months from launch, their orders went up by +256%, with a 4% conversion rate (industry avg 1.5-3%).

Moreover, thanks to the sales and inventory tracker, the farm now runs on tools most small family businesses never reach for. Operations got simpler, the brand looks more trustworthy, and the commerce has room to grow.

Most marketers stop at the brief. I like to go a step further and ship it when I can. That changes what I bring to a team, especially anywhere AI and product fluency actually matter. Integrating brand, marketing and building allows me to ship products that have their brand at their core, are built with marketing in mind and deliver against the users' needs with ease.
